How did GMA wrong Angel?

WE ARE sure "The Buzz" rated high again last Sunday with their exclusive interviews with Yilmaz Bektas and Angel Locsin.

Ruffa Gutierrez revealed that Yilmaz agreed that they seek the help of a psycho-analyst while he’s here to counsel them about their marital problems.

In the case of Angel, Boy Abunda asked

her why she left GMA-7. "Hindi na ko masaya," she said simply. She just added that, "nawala na ‘yung tiwala ko." Curiously, though, Boy didn’t make any follow-up question for her to elaborate. Why did she lose her trust in GMA-7? How did they wrong her? This is very important because, right now, public opinion is still against Angel. We ask a lot of ordinary people about her "ober da bakod" move and they feel it’s not justified as GMA-7 is the reason why she’s famous right now.

On GMA-7’s "Showbiz Central," they had the 7th anniversary presentation of GMA Artist Center entitled "A Glamorous Life." Their contract stars prepared musical production numbers during the show. Their new discoveries and new contract stars were also introduced on stage, including singer Ayen Munji, Hot Babe Jen Rosendahl, Marvin Agustin, and Paolo Paraiso.

A special segment was devoted to Iza Calzado, who’s then busy taping advanced episodes of "Impostora" in Antipolo. It served as their despedida for her before she left for the shooting of "Sigaw (The Echo") in Canada last Monday, August 13. All GMA executives presented going-away gifts for her.
