‘LOVE SPELL’ FINALLY BEATS RIVAL SHOW

AFTER several Sundays, ABS-CBN’s “Love Spell” finally beat their rival show on GMA-7. The last episode of their show starring Jericho Rosales got 12.5 while “Boys Nxt Door” starring the StarStruck boys and girls on GMA got a low 10.8. Take note that “Magic Kamison,” the show replaced by “Boys Nxt Door,” was rating higher, especially the last story that starred Jewel Mische and Paolo Avelino who are also from Starstruck 4. Maybe they should also cast Jewel and Paolo in “Boys Nxt Door” to help it in the ratings game. The show will face even stiffer competition this coming Sunday when “Love Spell” features Sam Milby, whose episode in “Your Song” also rated very high even if his leading lady was comedian Pokwang.
