A reliable source leaks this to the press:
TONYBOY FORGIVES GRETCHEN
SOMEONE told us that the relationship of Gretchen Barretto to live in partner Tonyboy Cojuangco was not adversely affected by the photo of her kissing John Estrada. Tonyboy did ask Gretchen if she’s having an affair with John and she said no. She explained that the photo was just part of their “playtime” at Rufa Mae Quinto’s birthday party. Tonyboy quickly accepted that, hugged Gretchen and then asked her to have dinner.
“Very understanding nga si Mr. Cojuangco at parang walang nangyari,” says our source.
In that case, Gretchen does not have to worry about it at all.

I'm still skeptical though, why would she have reported fainting and depression spells if everything is fine and dandy between Gretchen and her live-in partner Tonyboy Cojuangco?

please lies lies lies... Tony's mom called Tony at galit na galit kaya super iyak si Greta... As in tinawag syang "putah".... Tony was really hurt and pissed off about it ano... In fact niyaya nya umalis sila ni Dominique because galit sya sa Greta.
Gentleman si Tony nagalit sa Greta at sa bodyguards.. Tapos na find out pa na at one point na umatend ng party sa YES mags eh nagkakantutan na pala ang John and Greta... Inuuisisa ngayon ni Tony as advised ni Meldy kasi suspected na may affair itong Greta and John
People... Galit si Tony... Super mad itong si Imelda C mama ni Tony and again Greta pinagtatawanan ng mga in laws nyang hilaw... Tanga naman kasi... POKPOK talaga
