Alright I'm really pissed off with Britney right now but I'm still a fan because I want her to be back. But seeing her in this comeback performance at VMA, I couldn't help but feel like she doesn't care anymore.

Joey de Leon gave his nod on the businessmen who called and asked permission to use the phrase "Explain before you complain!".
“Lahat ng gustong mag-print nung T-shirt na merong ‘explain beforeyou complain’ e hindi na kayo hihingi ng permiso sa akin," De Leon said in a phone patch interview with GMA’s Showbiz Central host Pia Guanio.
He shared in a phone patch interview with Pia Guanio at SHowbiz Central that he was swamped with calls from entrepenuers who wished to print and sell his now famous statement for Willie Revillame in their T-shirt merchandise.
“Wala na ho kayong hihilingin na legal legal na paalam pa. Pwede nyo na pong gawin," he said.
He even encouraged those who wanted to get more of his quotes to buy the Wednesday issue of Manila Bulletin where he has a weekly column.
“Ang maganda nito sa Miyerkules sa Manila Bulletin, every Wednesday, sumusulat ako. Marami pa kayong mapupulot na pwedeng gawin sa T-shirt at pinapayagan ko kahit na sino. Para sa bayan naman ‘yung ginawa ko so para sa inyo ‘yan, gawin n’yo," he said.
He asked those who will use the famous phrase for their business to donate part of their earnings to charitable institutions.
“Sana lang yung porsyento ng mapagbebentahan nyo ng T-shirt na merong ‘explain before you complain’ at kung ano pang maisip n’yo tungkol sa nangyaring issue na ito ay magbigay naman kayo sa charity o kahit saan para makatulong tayo," he said.
In the same interview, he reiterated that he still wanted an apology from Revillame with the same intensity, exposure and length as the day the latter allegedly maligned him.
“Ako’y nahila at nakaladlad sa isyung ito nang walang kalaban-laban tapos lumalabas pa na ako ang nanggamit," he said.
He added: “Kahit na sabihin nilang kalokohan ‘yun, hindi e. Alam mo pag sinabi mong noontime show, libo-libo at milyon-milyong tao (ang nanonood) buong mundo."
In an interview with other Startalk hosts Lolit Solis, Lorna Tolentino and Butch Francisco Saturday, De Leon said the conditions he set in his meeting with Movie and Television Review and Classifications Board (MTRCB) chairman Marissa Laguardia were reasonable but these were not met by Revillame.
“Ang hiniling ko talaga kumpleto, kung napanood n’yo sabi ko, gagawin niya uli yung sinabi niya kaya lang kabaligtaran. Wala nang pag-akusa at hiniling ko talaga na meron ding dalawang nakatayo dito na dalawang co-host na umiiyak. Seryoso ako nun. Kailangan ganun din, yung babae dito at dito umiiyak din habang nagso-sorry siya sa akin," he said.

The Court of Appeals upholds GMA-7's breach of contract suit by junking ABS-CBN's plea to dismiss the case against the Lopez-owned network and former talent Rosanna Roces.
In a 13-page decision penned by Associate Justice Magdangal de Leon, the CA 12th Division affirmed the ruling of the Quezon City regional trial court branch 217, which likewise denied petitioner’s motion to dismiss GMA’s complaint on the ground that there is a cause of action against ABS-CBN fortortious or damaging interference.
“From the wordings of the impugned Orders, respondent court carefully studied GMA’s complaint, quoting the pertinent portions thereof which convinced the court that the elements of a cause of action are present," the CA ruled.
The CA pointed out that the contractual relations between GMA Network and Roces (or Jennifer Molina in real life) had not been mutually terminated, thus ABS-CBN interfered in the subsisting talent agreement signed between them.
Such interference resulted when petitioner engaged the services of the actress as host of a television program with the same format and style as GMA’s long-running showbiz talk show, Startalk.
“It is a basic postulate that every person must, in the exercise of his rights and in the performance of his duties, act with justice, give everyone his due, and observe honesty and good faith. The same rule applies even in cases of business competition, for if it were otherwise, then there would be chaos and anarchy in society," said the CA.
The appellate court said GMA Network’s cause of action stemmed from Roces’ pronouncements that she would be retiring from showbusiness, yet a few days later, ABS-CBN started airing plugs announcing her appearance on its television programs, despite the private respondent’s letters sent to petitioner apprising it of the talent agreement with Roces.
Court records showed that sometime in March 2003, GMA Network entered into a talent agreement with Roces as its performing artist/main host of the television program Startalk. Under the terms and conditions, Roces will receive a talent fee of P102,083.33 and cash stipend of P5,000 per episode as host the program beginning March 29, 2004 up to March 27, 2005.
During the regime of the agreement, or on July 18, 2004, Roces announced on the GMA Network program S-Files that she was retiring from show business allegedly due to her desire to spend more time with her family.
A few days after Roces announced her retirement, ABS-CBN started airing program plugs announcing her appearance on its Saturday afternoon program, “Ek Channel," prompting GMA Network to inform the network about its subsisting contract with the actress.
Under the contract, talent shall not appear or perform on any show, which is aired during the same time slot scheduled for the program Startalk, or in any program with the same format or in any broadcast or cable station or channel without the prior consent of GMA Network.
Despite receipt of the letter dated December 9, 2004 and in violation of the contract, ABS-CBN still engaged Roces’ services as co-host of the showbiz talk show program “The Buzz" on December 12, 2004, prompting GMA Network to file a civil suit before the Quezon RTC.
ABS-CBN, in answer to the civil complaint, claimed there was no state of action because it only engaged Roces’ services after the latter announced her retirement from plaintiff’s own TV program S-Files.
ABS-CBN said that GMA Network obviously accepted and did not object to the retirement of Roces even before the expiration of contract, otherwise, plaintiff would not have allowed her to announce her retirement in its own TV program.
On September 13, 2005, the trial court denied ABS-CBN’s motion to dismiss the breach of contract suit, prompting the petitioner to raise the case to the CA.

The handler of Jennylyn Mercado received a message that she can't attend the Sunday SOP show because of palpitations. She was rushed to the hospital.
There was a special segment for Patrick Garcia, the current boyfriendof Jennylyn in the SOP show. Because she was not there, she was replaced by Ryza Cenon, LJ Reyes, and Jewel Mische. At the end part, Mark Herras came out to sing for Patrick while holding a cake. The comical scene was funny because Mark was an ex-boyfriend of Jennylyn.

Does Dingdong Dantes have man boobs? What are they in the first place? I typed in Google and a lot has come up, with 
guys sharing their insecurities about their breasts.
So it seems its legitimate for some to say that Dingdong has them. In the first place what's with this obsession if he has them or not, since we all have different body types. But I guess it was fueled by the Cosmo photo of Ding in the buff, and hence all the speculation that it is the product of Photoshop.
And the proof it seems is that his chest area is smaller in the photo than in real life.

These are the photos that appeared for man-boobs, so isn't it unfair for Dingdong to be classified with them?
I think what Dingdong actually have are well-defined pectoral muscles, since they're not flabby and anywhere near like women's breasts.
I find it funny that they keep referring to his "man boobs" when they fail to appreciate his well-toned stomach. It's a good thing that he doesn't subscribe to having them fixed by doctors because there's nothing to fix in the first place. We seem to be so fixated in putting everyone in a mold, when in fact no one looks exactly alike.
I have identical twin sisters and I could say that there are still physical differences between them. Why people have to nitpick on someone's body is beyond me.
Fans of the Richard-Angel tandem will have another treat to chew on even if Angel is now a Kapamilya. The two are set to shoot a TV commercial together in Bangkok.
Angel is said to be excited with seeing Richard again.

John Prats is irritated with Director Paul Soriano's answer at Entertainment Live! about the question if he's the father of Camille's unborn baby.
Paul texted the show and said "no comment" regarding the issue.
Camille Prats is four and a half months pregnant with her boyfriend Anthony.
John said to Ogie Diaz in a telephone interview:
“Tito Ogie, kilala mo naman ako. Ngayon lang ako nagalit ng ganito. Tinanong ka, tapos, no comment ang sagot mo? Ano ’yon? Binibigyan mo ng idea ’yung mga tao na isipin na ikaw ang ama? Be gentleman enough naman.“Bakit ka magnu-no comment? Eh, ’di sabihin mo, hindi ikaw ang ama, mahirap bang sabihin ’yon?”
“Eh, hindi nga siya, eh. Kilala ko ang ama ng dinadala ng kapatid ko, okay? Hindi siya. At thank God na hindi siya.”
According to John, Paul used to court his sister but they were never a couple. When asked if Camille and Paul became an item:
“Hindi. Wala. Nanliligaw pa lang siya noon sa kapatid ko. Pero tama ba naman ’yon na hindi ka na nagpakita? Ano’ng klaseng lalaki ’yan, iniwan sa ere ang kapatid ko?”
Napanood ’yon ni Camille sa States at iritang-irita rin sa kanya (Entertainment Live!). Ayoko lang ma-stress ang kapatid ko, kaya ako na ang sumasagot, eh.
“Wala rin ang mommy at daddy ko rito, kaya ako ang tumatayong magulang ng mga kapatid ko. Saka I hope you understand my situation. Kuya ako, eh. Ipinagtatanggol ko lang ang kapatid ko. Kaya sana, next time na tanungin siya kung black or white o kaya ay left or right, mamimili lang siya sa dalawa. Hindi puwedeng no comment ang sagot. Malabo ’yon. Maawa siya sa kapatid ko, buntis pa naman!”
