Our obsession with Dingdong's bust area

Does Dingdong Dantes have man boobs? What are they in the first place? I typed in Google and a lot has come up, with

guys sharing their insecurities about their breasts.
So it seems its legitimate for some to say that Dingdong has them. In the first place what's with this obsession if he has them or not, since we all have different body types. But I guess it was fueled by the Cosmo photo of Ding in the buff, and hence all the speculation that it is the product of Photoshop.
And the proof it seems is that his chest area is smaller in the photo than in real life.

These are the photos that appeared for man-boobs, so isn't it unfair for Dingdong to be classified with them?
I think what Dingdong actually have are well-defined pectoral muscles, since they're not flabby and anywhere near like women's breasts.
I find it funny that they keep referring to his "man boobs" when they fail to appreciate his well-toned stomach. It's a good thing that he doesn't subscribe to having them fixed by doctors because there's nothing to fix in the first place. We seem to be so fixated in putting everyone in a mold, when in fact no one looks exactly alike.
I have identical twin sisters and I could say that there are still physical differences between them. Why people have to nitpick on someone's body is beyond me.
