ABS-CBN will remake 'Bagets'

An adaptation from the box-office hit Bagets 1, a story of high school students who make use of their summer vacation by doing odd jobs. Events and happenings work their way in with much fun and frolic and all the quirk luck that comes in the lives of the adolescent boys and girls.

The eternal youth-oriented original film in the 80’s starring Aga Mulach, William Martinez,Ramon Christopher, Eula Valdez, Herbert Bautista and JC Bonnin which became a blockbuster hit while spawning a new style of dressing up and dance.

This will be adapted into television by ABS-CBN starring John Pratts, Rayver Cruz, Gerald Anderson, Chris Cayzer, Kim Chiu and two lucky winners (male and female) from Be Bench Search for Model. Enchong Dee and AJ Perez reportedly will audition for a role in the said upcoming TV series.

Just take note that the actors and actresses are still not confirmed. On the other hand, I found a video in youtube to give us an idea what Bagets is all about. This clip is the opening of the film, it looks like fun.
