Grace to Osang, Lolit, Vicki: ‘Sana tumahimik na ang lahat’

Rosanna Roces’s daughter, Grace Adriano, has only one message amid their family’s drawn-out conflict with Dr. Vicki Belo and Lolit Solis.

“Sana tumahimik na lang ang lahat kasi ilang taon na rin po yun,” Grace said in her first-ever media interview on ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz” on Sunday.

Grace even wished she would spend time with Vicki soon amid the ongoing legal tussle between the skin care clinic owner and her mother.

“Sana magkita kami,” Grace said without any hint of enmity.

“Naging mabait po siya (Vicki) sa amin, close po kami,” Grace said of Vicki.

“Yayakapin ko siya kung gusto niya,” Grace added.

However, she could not say the same thing for Lolit. “Wala po (akong masabi sa kanya). Baka may masabi siya at magalit na naman si mommy.”

Grace was at the center of the controversial and much-publicized word war between her mother and Vicki. The clash eventually involved Osang’s former manager Lolit Solis, whom the actress accused together with the skin care specialist as having spread word on Grace’s pregnancy.

Their alleged actions, Osang had claimed, led to Grace’s depression and self-seclusion. According to the actress, Grace had wanted to take her own life because of the revelation that had saw print in several entertainment columns and appeared in television reports.

Grace had given birth to Jose Gabriel, her son with former actor Jolo Revilla, in January 2005.

During the height of the controversy, Osang had charged Vicki of being a fake doctor. This led to the filing of libel charges against the actress and former TV host, who had since bolted the showbiz-oriented talk show “Startalk,” which she co-hosted with Lolit.

The Court of Appeals had since junked the case filed before the Makati Regional Trial Court due to lack of jurisdiction. The prosecution failed to prove Vicki was a resident of Makati during the time the charges were filed.
